We have been using Hammond Knoll for many years...and always very pleased with their service. We have used them for our carpet and hard surfaces (granite, marble and limestone. I definitely recommend them!!

Great service...nice people! And I really like the non-skid pad they glued to the bottom of our oriental carpets.
Came out to the house on the date and time as scheduled. Jerry gave us a quick, accurate estimate that included cleaning the entire house and also stretching the rug in a rather large dining room, where the rug had a couple waves after years of use. I could not be happier with the results. The rug is cleaner than it has been in years, and the dining room rug now looks nice and tight.

I just want to say that Hammond Knoll did an excellent job. They were there to clean the carpets for a rental we are selling. They called and said they felt that in one room in particular that they would most likely not be able to get the stains out and would do their best. I asked them if they would just replace the carpet if it was them and they were very honest and said yes. He said he would clean the rest of the home and not that area.
