Our floors looks good. We had it skimmed between complete refinishing. There are a few things that are still more noticeable than I would hope but it does look much better. The process was done well, nearly, and quickly.

The Hammond and Knoll employee that was at my home the other day - went the extra mile. Cleaning my wall to wall bedroom carpet, couch and three wing backed reclining chairs - he did a wonderful job while helping me to be more knowledgeable about my furniture and fabric.
