Beautiful resort! Loved our stay
I have a Condo at the Hammock Beach resort and Tamoka property management is the property manager. I have several issues go un-addressed by this company and the resort; Including the GM Carleton Grant Who knows about the damage to mine and other units but refused to speak with me. The funny thing is that the issues are not only damaging my own unit but other units as well and they are not even telling the property owners. Made a reservation online, didn't get an email confirmation so I called. It did go through and "oh by the way" this is a vacation rental and we aren't sure when the state is opening these up again, but we are hoping it's the 8th (our reservation is set for the 10th). I totally understand the limbo everyone is in, but it says NO WHERE on the site or during the reservation process about this issue and had I not called, I'd never know. VERY FRUSTRATING and I happily canceled the reservation.
I have held my Annual Girlz Getaway for several years at the resort and the staff never disappoints!!! From the concierge staff(Alberta)to Paulo in the Atlantic Grille! The last trip was Epic and accommodations were made due to damage to the Atlantic Grille by the hurricane. We will be back!!!

Decrease over the past three years in service while elevating the prices. It also changed who owned it over the past 1,5 years and this is the beginning of the decline. Sad. It was really nice when we first went there three years ago.
