Worst resort I've been to since I've lived in Florida. Rude staff members,useless managers unable to do anything and blame other managers... Unfortunately, it is only my 2nd day, 6 to go! NOT FUN!

Recommended❤️ such a beautiful resort
Booked a one night stay for my husbands birthday. Definitely does not live up to all the good reviews. Overpriced ($313) for a small room in the lodge. Staff (and most guests) had no masks on in pool area, and were not friendly. The lodge is very run down. The elevator smells so badly of mold we avoided it. The roof of the lodge from the balcony looked very dangerous. When I voiced my concerns I was told to “have a safe ride home”.

Great time. Close to some nice restaurants. Very clean and sanitary. Celebrating our babies 13 th birthday. The pools, lazy river and beach were very relaxing
Family and Dog friendly beautiful Hotel. Love the beach and waves. Such a peaceful get away. Make sure to make reservations before arriving for the restaurants on the property. They book up fast.
stayed at the villa. fabulous experience. staff is super friendly and my kids loved it.
packed and no concern for social distancing. it was obvious that they cared more aboutoney than safety.
