I rented only briefly from Hammer properties and it was a very positive experience. Everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. The reason I’m leaving this review is because the utility guys actually found my missing cat and ensured he was safe until I could get him again. I can’t thank them enough.

This management group is great at one thing. Taking advantage of the wallets of college students. Delaying work orders for months and patting their own backs. Disrespectful, unethical abuse of purchasing power. Maybe instead of buying more houses, try making sure the ones you already own are livable. Also never trust a “new renovation” we had our “new” washer dryer break for over a month, a huge mirror FALL out of our wall because yall never heard of screwing into studs, particle board counters (with shitty vinyl overtop).
