This is hands down the best gym I've ever been to. From the moment I walked through the door I've felt that I'm part of the community. The members are friendly, the coaches rock, and I never feel self-conscious or judged in there. I'm incredibly blessed to be part of a gym that truly embodies what Crossfit is all about. It's a wonderful community.
Completely changed my mind on what I "thought" I knew about CrossFit. This gym is no ego, all support. The trainers are well educated and explain things so well! Has a great community vibe that most gyms lack. I've never felt more like this place cares about me. Come check it out
