Just bought my 5th car with Hammer and totally seamless. From first email to the right car look less than 24 hours + a great deal. And this was over the Holidays. Pick-up took less than 10 minutes to sign all papers and drive away - no crazy sales pitches or unneeded add-ons to refuse like in the dealer (he already did that for us). No better service than Hammer. Would never buy or lease a car with anyone else.
