Recently purchased a truck from Hammer Auto after finding it online. I cannot say enough good things about Kayla at this business. She was instrumental in making the sale happen. She is very responsive, honest, reassuring, helpful, and kind. Whenever I had an issue or question she addressed it almost immediately and made the sale as smooth as possible. Robert Hammer is easily frustrated when challenged and behaves in a rude manner if he is challenged. He yelled and complained several times of all the time he had put in to secure my car deal. The car deal he obtained for me was terrible and I would have been so much better off to have dealt with my local dealer.
