I've lived here for 5+ years while attending college and it kept getting worse and worse. The apartments have tons of problems; mold, plumbling, electrical, roofing. There are apartments that were destroyed from a fire, but they have not been repaired (despite tenants living next and under them). Instead of spending a little bit of money to pay professionals to fix these problems, the property owner sends his two elderly workers (more like slaves) to fix them.
