Two friends and I happened upon Hamilton's while in Auburn for Bo Bikes Bama in 2016, and we made it a point to dine there again when we returned in 2017, introducing my wife to Auburn and Hamilton's. I am a big fan of shrimp and grits, and their dish are some of the best I have ever had.
