I’ve traveled a lot since college and this has been one of the BEST places to live as a young professional! Great amenities, office staff is always on top of things, and the view is 10/10. Looking to live DT Madison but not a college student, I’d check out Butler Management.
Team at Butler is terrific!!!! They always respond quickly and in person to any issues. The apartments are clean and up to date. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!
Very corporate-, soulless property management. I signed a year lease, and a few months into it, they showed my apartment while I was out of town, with no notice, and then sent me an email the same day “offering” me to renew my lease, in September, (on February 4th) with rent increased etc. and only gave me a few hours to give them an answer and commit to it. I responded to their email with a tone that let them know I thought it was highly disrespectful and unprofessional… their response was short and even more disrespectful…... read more
I rented a short-term furnished apartment at Hamilton Plaza Apartments this past fall and have nothing but positive things to say about the management staff, the location and my apartment. If there was anything slightly wrong, there was a maintenance person fixing it quickly. I loved being able to walk to restaurants, concerts and events -- the Farmer's Market was just two blocks away.
