Terrible package security, constant homeless people in the building with management doing nothing to fix it. We also have fire alarms that go off roughly once a month in the middle of the night due to the roof leaking. For the location alone it’s great, the rest the management refuses to address.

Hamilton Plaza was my home for a year while I navigated a new city and a tricky job. It was (and is) a truly magical location in Madison. Great access to the city in a space that feels cozy. Butler Management does a great job keeping the property clean, maintained and safe. Some of the nicest people I met during the year work with Butler Management. They are professional, responsive and do their best to support tenant requests.

I'm on my second year at this building. The facilities are state of the art and are scrupulously cleaned and maintained, as well as secure. Like they say, location, location, location --a block away from the Capitol, surrounded by the most wonderful cafés and restaurants, and within walking distance of theaters, museums, the comedy club at State, and the UW-Madison campus. I’ve traveled a lot since college and this has been one of the BEST places to live as a young professional! Great amenities, office staff is always on top of things, and the view is 10/10. Looking to live DT Madison but not a college student, I’d check out Butler Management.

Team at Butler is terrific!!!! They always respond quickly and in person to any issues. The apartments are clean and up to date. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!
