I moved in in August and management is responsive and maintenance comes quickly for issues
The apartment is in a prime location and very spacious. Maintenance is quick and prompt
I moved into an apartment at Hamilton Plaza about a month ago and am very happy here! It's in a great location with a gorgeous rooftop, maintenance requests have been handled quickly, the building is kept clean, and I'm loving my unit.
Second year living at Hamilton Plaza and I’ve had a really great experience. The building is clean, quiet, and in a great location. Management has always been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. It’s very walkable having James Madison Park close by and Capitol Fitness (gym) a block away. Overall, a great place to live, and would recommend to others.
