I had an appointment with Ryan. Having recently torn my meniscus in my right knee I wanted to check my orthotics were working properly and were not hindering my recovery (given they are about 5 years old.) Ryan checked them out and, after a thorough consultation, recommended an adjustment. My mom had a frustrating experience with this clinic regarding the orthotics she purchased. Her insurance refused to reimburse her because the orthotics were not made by a podiatrist. She later learned the clinic knew other patients with Canada Life had faced similar issues but didn’t inform her or suggest submitting a predetermination form before purchasing.
