I have been in the foot care field for 10 years and have a steady stream of feedback from clients on their orthotics experience. Hands down John Hamilton really is the best. And whilst I have not yet met him in person, I confidently refer my clients to him because I have seen his work and happy clients!
I had an appointment with Ryan. Having recently torn my meniscus in my right knee I wanted to check my orthotics were working properly and were not hindering my recovery (given they are about 5 years old.) Ryan checked them out and, after a thorough consultation, recommended an adjustment. My mom had a frustrating experience with this clinic regarding the orthotics she purchased. Her insurance refused to reimburse her because the orthotics were not made by a podiatrist. She later learned the clinic knew other patients with Canada Life had faced similar issues but didn’t inform her or suggest submitting a predetermination form before purchasing.
