I went in at 9:30, waited 5 hrs to even be called back, another hr to see a doctor for all of 4 minutes, another hr after getting an xray, and another hr after that I finally got to leave. Didnt realize to get healthcare you had to do an 8 hour shift. Absolutely ridiculous.
The emergency room staff, what a joke!!! Could these people be anymore inconsiderate and slow to the people when need to be seen ASAP. For better and more efficient service I recommend Erlanger. Unfortunately I had no choice to stop in this place bc of the emergency situation. And 5 hours later we finally got a room just to wait even longer when there was literally no one in the lobby when we walked in!!!!
the doctors and nurses have been great in the cardiac unit... how ever the vending machines need to be fixed this makes twice the machines took my money
they care about not just for
I been in it several times I had very good service this last time was not as good I think they were short staffed .
this is the worst hospital in the whole country my 6 year old son was denied medical attention after being more than 4 hours vomiting and when my wife started questioning the staff they were expelled from the hospital
