We have been in the ER for over 10 hours and the Dr has been in once. still waiting.
The lady at the front desk before you enter in emergency room let visitors from somewhere else in the hospital go out to smoke, and come back in, but I can’t sit as a visitor with my husband who is in so much pain he can’t speak to let the doctors know what is going on???? Her exact word were to them, “You know what. I don’t care, it’s whatever.”
My elderly mother was admitted from the ER. I live out of state. I have repeatedly requested that the attending physician call me with a diagnosis and what was done. To date I have received zero calls, from anyone on her care team. This is a shoddy way to treat patient families.
This place is a joke. The nurses are rude if you question them. my sugar was 345. it took them over 1 hour and 1/2 to give me insulin. by that point I was done. worst place ever

Nurse practitioner Jessica P is a joke . I can’t get her last name over the phone sadly if you see this please research myasthenia gravis and don’t tell people “it’s probably a food allergy I can’t help you” at the very least terrible bedside manner at the very most my lungs could’ve gotten so weak that I died because you wouldn’t listen to me when I told you that something was wrong . This is the kind of clinical staff you hire? Seriously?
I went today to have a chest Xray and was placed in the covid-19 waiting area due to me testing positive but in the 5 hours i was the waiting area it was not once cleaned or wiped down ! The phone everyone has to us wmas never cleaned !
First you need to reevaluate your mental health system first thing is stop pushing SSRI meds I know y'all think you're helping people by giving them , but you destroying their lives with that garbage I am one of those people, and by other people's comments is destroyed their lives to but the medical profession will not listen to us they want the money for the high-dollar drugs and with that may God have mercy on all of you because you made a lot of people suffer needlessly.
worse fkn place! my husband was hit by a car while on a four wheeler. blood on a half collapsed lung. 11 broke ribs. 2 completely broke off. and they say let's do x-rays but we'll dope you up sir do you have a ride? he's legit dying and they're gonna send him home. never in my life will o come here bring anyone here or recommend Hamilton medical
