They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
