Extorted money from me to end a lease early then lied and stole my deposit with no word or paperwork to show why. His properties are run down but as long as you know you won't get your deposit back at all, go ahead. I didn't have trouble until the end. Chris Hamilton is a perfect example of a good landlord. He does what he says he will do or he will die trying lol. If he cant do it he will let you know that he can't. But if its a problem he can handle no matter what time or day even holidays if its something that can be handled he is a super good land lord. Hes generous hes understanding. And frfr you will never hear anything from him unless you either go into the office or you dont pay ur rent. As long as you cover ur end, he will cover his.
