Absolutely awful. This building—formerly managed by Shuster, now rebranded as DVORA—is a complete scam. Same management, same problems. The property sits next to a freight railway and highway, with unbearable noise day and night. In winter, expect no hot water or heating, and appliances are old and unreliable. On top of that, you have to pay extra for every amenity. Management is rude, dishonest, and currently facing legal action from multiple tenants. Don’t be fooled by the fake reviews—avoid this place at all costs.
