We love living at Hamilton House/372 Ninth St. in Hamilton Park area of Jersey City. The staff in this bldg is exceptional - attentive to tenants’ needs and just good people. It’s a very clean building and the management company has always worked very well with our requests or needs. Great area to live in - very family oriented and diverse. So happy to call this place home. Thank you for being so terrrific.
Hamilton House has the best residents that make this community feel like home! Best place in Jersey City. With easy access to the city, Hamilton Park, supermarkets etc, it’s the ideal place to be. It’s amazing.
I toured the building on 4/10 and was honestly a little unsure because of the reviews. But when I came in, it didn’t match what I expected. The place looked clean and taken care of, and everyone I spoke to was chill and helpful. I heard there was a management change, and from what I saw, things seem to be running pretty smoothly now. My experience was easy overall, so just wanted to say thanks to Dvora’s team.
We recently hosted a last-minute family gathering at the DVORA Lounge to welcome our new baby, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. Tal, who runs the lounge, was incredibly accommodating and helpful in getting everything set up on such short notice. The lounge itself was a beautiful space for our celebration.
