Very scammy charged my card for the wrong items didn’t ship them now won’t return my money. When i called the hung up multiple times
SCAM THEFT. I purchased a humidifier on their online store which shows incorrect stock. They didn’t ship the orders in 3 days so I called and they said it wasn’t in stock and are refusing to refund my money. Do not ever do business with this company. Update. They still have not issued a refund for the item and have blocked me me
I rate a 10, 5 is too low.. Hamilton Home products has been excellent from day 1 when we ordered our furnace. There customer service is outstanding, very caring, and will help you however they can. They have been so much help and caring to my family. And there furnace is excellent. I definitely would buy from them again. I recommend purchasing from here. Excellent seller. Merry Christmas everyone.
