Hvac tech customer service was everything I was looking for
Great products and even better customer service. Using their whole home humidifier for decades. Service line was happy to help with my questions after install.
Ordered two units from Homedepot and got a called from Aaron from Hamilton Home Products asking more details and suggested we should get a smaller unit instead for our square footage. Aaron also helped us canceled the order and sent us the link to order the right one from Homedepot. Aaron was very helpful, friendly, professional, and knows his trade super well. As home owners we were lucky to be served by a professional like Aaron.
Purchased a Winchester 80,000 BTU Central Heating and Air Conditioning unit new from Home Depot in 2019 which was a product of Hamilton Home Products. At the time of purchase it came with a 10 year parts warranty. In July of this year 2024 the motor went out on the interior furnace unit. I called Hamilton Home Products to file a warranty claim and was informed by a representative that the parts warranty ran out in April of this year. If you wanna be sht talked and told how worthless you are this is the place to go. Never before been to this shop and was treated very unprofessionally.made smart remarks to her coworkers about us showing up.Was told she never wanted to see us again.the moment we walked in she started yelling and got a big attitude.
