RecommendedIt' great to be back at the gym after months of working out at home. It's safe, there is a choice of four well equipped rooms, and the staff is as nice as ever!

HHF is the perfect gym. The manager & staff are super friendly and so helpful. The gym is kept immaculately clean! The group classes are super popular. If you are like me and only like using the machines - there is never a wait even though its a small facility. HHF has the right amount of everything. Enjoy!
I have been member for over 7 years and I do love the place because of the cleanliness!!! My problem is the cardio room is always cold during the winter !! They never turn on the heat instead they set the temp 68 cool and also ceiling fan the blast the air !! I have complained about temperatures but no response or action from the management whatsoever!!!!
I've been a member of HHF for about a year now. HHF is a friendly neighborhood gym - the staff is nice and helpful, the machines are always clean and they have a healthy offering of classes every day including TRX and Pilates, my two favorites. I plan to keep my membership as long as I live in JC.
Yesterday was our first day of Parent & Me Swim. The whole experience was great. Teachers (Melissa and Vuk) were calm, friendly and experienced. They really have a gift with kids. My 2 year old got out of the pool saying “I like to swim”. We look forward to next week!!
Great place to work out. Very friendly instructors who get the best from you.
