About this business
Plain and Fancy was originally built in the 50's and then renamed Dempsey's. It remained Dempsey's until 1993 when it was changed to Ham Fam as everybody called it! In 2005 Ham Fam was totally remodeled and banquet rooms were added for up to 120 people. Reservation are accepted at all times. We have always been family oriented with daily homemade soups, chef specials and desserts. Salad bar available daily till 9 pm - till 2am on Friday/Saturday nights.

RecommendedAbsolutely would recommend it, Cheryl and Jenn are super sweet and professional. After being turned away by another establishment that was open 24/7 in the general area for what we believe was the number of kids we had with us and nothing no other customer had children, it was the Hamilton that welcomed us with open arms. The Hamilton family restaurant truly exhibited what a family restaurant it is! The food, the service and the pricing was top notch! We for sure will visit again when we visit the area!
great food, very large portions, friendly staff,great value for prices
I will never eat here again. On 3 separate occasions the food was disappointing. Onion rings were burnt, meatloaf tasted fake, chicken croquettes were stone cold in the middle. How could you possible get those things wrong?!?
French Onion Soup is delicious. Companion had chicken tenders and was pleased...flavorful, and not dry.
