Our family has been going to Hamilton OH care for over 10 years.. The morehead's are great!! It feels good to go to a HomeTown eye Doctor... But with new improvements a business model.. The only thing I feel they should improve, is on breakdown of billing.. so that you are aware of what your insurance company is paying and what you are paying. In a complete invoice receipt.. The most advanced technology in eyecare.And the staff are very kind helpful.I had a great experience,also gave me information about proper cleaning techniques for eyewear.
Extremely disappointed. I chose this office because of the Moorehead name and reputation. It was another doctor I actually saw - Bollenbacher. At both visits, I left with worse vision than I went in with, and was completely ignored and disregarded when trying to explain that the prescription was the issue, not the brand. I was told by the doctor, that "since I obviously know more than she does, I should recommend something else" and then proceeded to argue against it.
