I had a wonderful experience buying new glasses at Hamilton Eye Care. I've never known someone to actually pop out the lenses of their own glasses because I wanted to try them on to see how I looked in them. Dave did just this!! He was very friendly and helpful, and he assisted me with finding just the right glasses for me.
This place told my mom to come and get her glasses in two weeks when she went to go get him in two weeks they could not find them so they had to apparently remake them they never called to let us know the new ones were even in we had to call them after a few tries we finally got someone to answer then they left us on hold for 20+ minutes while they were searching again then they supposedly found them. so my mom went to go pick up her glasses she gets there as soon as she puts them on she told the lady she could not see nothi... read more
second time in a row my son's and mine appointment has been cancelled by you...
Went in for a stye and left with sample sized products that I can’t afford to go buy on my own I didn’t see dr Moorehead saw a completely different doctor still having issues with crust in my eye will see a different doctor last time I went was great because I saw doctor moorehead also one of the assistants was chewing Gum while checking my eyes very unprofessional I don’t mind chewing gum but don’t do it while checking somebodies eyes it causes distractions and just doesn’t seem professional to me

Love the staff. They are truly accommodating when it comes to my schedule and the Drs. have a true love for eye health. They are my heroes for catching my glaucoma and jumping right on it. I love coming here because I know I’m in good hands and so is my son.
