My daughter stayed here for one year. Besides having routine issues with building, it has been two months after vacating the apartment, we haven't received security deposit... Emailed, and called many times, but lame and same excuses. We haven't received the check yet, so we will mail it next week. Would strongly suggest to stay away from this company. Unprofessional and unethical.
My roommate and I applied for a tour of one of their apartment units and the process was seamless. We spoke to a nice woman named Traci who set up the tour for us and was really helpful when we were making a decision. We ultimately ended up choosing somewhere else, but it was a very difficult choice. Between the location, the amenities, and the complex itself, the Hamilton Courts has it all.
