Hamilton clinic root street branch is the best. All around best staff. The receptionist has a calm friendly demeanor. Which is helpful if you have anxiety. She’s also thorough and professional. The nurse practitioner is amazing. She goes above and beyond to meet my needs. She’s very friendly, personable, patient and Thorough. So is the Medical assistant that you initially see. Veterans beware! This business will drop the ball on turning in your determination paperwork with the VA, tell you that they handled it, and then send you a giant bill. Even knowing that they did not turn in your redetermination paperwork they will continue scheduling you appointments. Precious in the billing department will act like she's never heard of anything after seven different times of calling and speaking directly to her. Dr. LINDA M. MAXFIELD is an amazing health professional. She is extra friendly, kind and always shows great concern for my health and my family's health and we appreciate it very much. I have visited many doctors in Hamilton Community and she definitely takes the prize for the best. And her staff is the kindest and most professional. Thank you for doing an excellent job!
