answered saying they have it but would not tell me when i could see it, test drive or have an independent inspection. seems like a bait and switch operation
Advertised price on the Ford Explorer on line was $1490, and I was told that was a mistake, it was actually $2850, which is a frustrating jump. Not that I expect anything else from a used car dealer, just wished that weren't always necessary.
They advertised as being open on Sundays until 6pm. I get there at 5:30 and they said they were closed. They even have a huge banner in front that has the hours listed as 6pm for closing and they still told me there were closed

Misleading....the price for the car was not the same as advetise
I was told that the was there i got there Five minutes later and thy said it was sold
Great people. Would have bought if car had sunroof. Would buy from them in future though.
i basically wasted 30 bucks in tolls and about 3 hours travel time...only to arrive to find the car sandwiched in the rear of a triangular shaped lot...where cars were virtually 9 inches apart from one another. i knew there would be no way to drive the car which would not start (battery dead) anyway..the car had dings and dents.....and worse yet rips and tears on the leather. however, the pictures did not show any of this...probably photo shopped...once i saw this i lost any confidence that anything else they told me about t... read more
Car was listed at 6800.00 if I paid cash, 8600.00 if I finanaced. That makes no sense. Finance person was incredibly rude, hung up on me in mid-sentence twice. On the day I was to come dowm to buy, he told me the car was sold. When I wanted to ask a question, he said I dont remember anythign about the car (even though it was just sold) and hung up. I am filing a report with the BBB today.
