I'm still waiting for approval after 2 weeks... But Ray in finance is a good guy. I just wish they were able to be more in tune with the customers desires and worked more closely with them so they could better understand how the process is going and what other options are available or should be considered.

They were available and extremely courteous
Saw an ad for this car on CG w/no photo, so I called the dealer to confirm that it was there. I was told (gruffly) that "if it's on the web it's here". I then drove nearly two hours thru insane New York City Saturday afternoon traffic and made it lot the car lot. No Nissan. A salesman looked up the car on their database and advised me that it was still "In transit". He had no idea when the car might arrive, but "certainly by next week". Obviously it was a colossal waste of time and fuel -- no say nothing of the aggravation!!
Gotta love them they have been calling me to come in making sure I get what I want and very helpful over the phone. Hoping in coming in very soon to get my new ride.
I was interested in the 2007 Nissan Xterra and called the dealership asking if it’s possible to take the car to my mechanic to check it out before I purchase it, but they refused. So I didn’t continue with them. That’s that. It’s not a bad or a good experience but their policy didn’t work out for me, they might be good after all but I don’t know.
