The Best! The office is clean, the staff friendly and polite, the vets excellent, excellent, excellent. As a physician myself, I completely trust this place with my pets lives. The boarding is great - they don't get playtime but I know they are safe and well treated while there because the dogs love going there! I am so glad to have found them. I have nothing bad to say about them!
Absolutely the Best! I have been bringing my pets to Hamilton Animal Hospital for 20+ years and cannot say enough about the Dr.s, staff, and quality of care. These are truly people who care about the animals they see and develop & maintain those relationships resulting in excellent continuity of care. My pets have been taken care of by Dr. Alkofer since his arrival, he goes above and beyond to ensure the best medical care possible. He and Hamilton are far more than just the 5 star rating here.
Called yesterday (Monday) and the front desk said they cannot see us until Wednesday. Told us to go to the emergency hospital if we cannot wait. We called another vet and got in immediately. Our dog had a bladder infection and needed antibiotics. In the past, they would have taken us in immediately and seen her in between appointments. We have been loyal clients for over 23 years. If this a failure of the front office, then they need to be re-educated. If this is a company policy, then good luck.

Panda so far loves the doctors and others here. They are kind and explain everything you need to know about your pet.
We love this place. All three of our fur babies are patients here (1 kitty and 2 puppies). They are well taken care of, we trust them. The entire staff from the doctors to the assistants are so loving, knowledgeable and truly care. We appreciate everything about Hamilton. Thank you all!
I highly recommend Hamilton Animal Hospital. It’s been hard finding a vet for our little rescue dog, but Dr. Alkofer at Hamilton is absolutely the right one. He was so kind to Charlie and quickly won his trust. Dr. Alkofer was willing to discuss the subject of necessary-versus-unnecessary vaccinations (an important issue for me), and he couldn’t have been more helpful.

Get enough staff so your clients don't get put on hold EVERY time they call for extended hold times, don't let boarded dogs near cages of other dogs so they don't get bit, when someone calls with an urgent issue, refer them out if you can't see them!
