I had an awful experience with Rittenhouse Dentists. I paid thousands of dollars for Invisalign, yet was never told I’d need to wear a retainer after treatment. Months later, my teeth had shifted badly — completely undoing the results. I contacted them multiple times for help and to order a retainer, but they ignored every call and message. Best dentist in the city. From the moment you walk in, the music is good (great vibes for a dentists office), the front office is nice, the hygienists are sweet and funny, and the dentist is so wonderful. I look forward to going to the dentist because they’re so great here. 10/10
This office performed a crown placement about 5 years ago. Yesterday i had an incident where the crown came off. I called to see if they could re-cement it. This is typically done for free at other dental offices. I called to make an appointment today and was told there would be a fee. Highly disappointed!
Found this place by chance and I'm glad I did! I just had a cleaning and filling with Dana and Dr. Balin. They were both super nice, as were the rest of the staff. I will definitely be sticking with them and recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in Philly.
