Verified Renter Everyone is very kind and the staff is great. The reason I took off one star is because maintenance does not respond quickly. We put in a request nearly a week ago, spoke to the front desk about it, and even still no one has come.

Verified Renter Living here has been a wonderful experience. The building is always clean, safe, and well-maintained. The apartments are comfortable and everything works as it should. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which makes the whole place feel welcoming. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Verified Renter So far, so good. However, I am still waiting for my toilet to be fixed after having maintenance put a temporary part 6 days ago. Additionally, my microwave turns on but fails to heat any food. I have already submitted two requests about this, but I have received no updates.

Verified Renter An elevator has been out of service for multiple months. Multiple maintenance requests for our unit have been acknowledged but not corrected despite the repairs being simple (e.g., replacing damaged blinds). Maintenance cut a hole in the wall of our unit multiple weeks ago to correct a HVAC issue in another unit and have made no attempt to patch the hole.
