Superb place. Unfortunately Jonny Won (?) left couple of years ago but the current Chef is more than capable of upholding this restaurant's glowing reputation for exceptionally fresh ingredients and superb cooking skills. My only advice is to stick to fish and leave the meat dishes as, although nice, are not quite "wow" as they used to be.
The chef's choice ($75) one was a rip off; and the $55, 14 pieces sushi were not of prime quality. Deeply disappointed by its food quality, contrasting the celebrated popularity.
Warm and cozy environment and friendly staff with an excellent selection and variety of fish. Perfection!
Consistently very good but a touch too fusion in my opinion!
