Has anyone had issues with Hamad not honoring the warranty? I am currently dealing with this at the Cuyahoga Falls location. I was offered no resolution other than I have to resolve it with Goodyear. I then had to speak with the regional manager in Akron, who also offered no help. Initially they refused to contact the owner bc it's Saturday. I've been there 3 times. Once to buy tires & twice for repairs. I went in yesterday because one of my tires had a slow leak. They took it in right away, had it fixed, told me no charge & I was on my way. Fast and friendly service every time. :)
Poor communication. Changed their check payment policy with no written notice posted anywhere and decided to communicate the change after being dropped off. Never was it said they stopped accepting checks the entire morning or when they called to tell me my van was ready.
Great service! Great prices! Friendly employees. I enjoy knowing that I can do all my car maintenance at Hamad's. I like fair one stop shopping. Hard to come by these days. Plus it's a local business.
Took my car there to get a rotation and balance and 2 miles later my wheel falls off going down Northampton Hill and I wrecked into the hill. Went back to hamad tire in Cuyahoga falls and spoke to the manager who couldn't care less. Do not ever go to this place!! These assholes should be shut down. I'm going to make sure I let everyone I know about my experience.

Want to share an experience I had last week. I had a nail in my tire, and took it to Goodyear In Twinsburg. I was told I would need a new tire at a cost of $300. My husband was adamant I get a second opinion, as the explanation that the tirewall was damaged didn't make sense considering the location of the nail. I brought my vehicle to Hamad Tire, and they not only told me no new tire was necessary, but they plugged it for a very reasonable charge. Thanks again Hamad Tire!
These guys ate awsome. Been going there for years and they are always nice helpful and their prices are right. I highly recommend them.
