I just left Hamad, we had to get new tires, brakes, rotors and new lug nuts. Great customer service and I feel like the price was right! It didn’t take long to get everything done and they called my husband with any issues or concerns that they had! Hamad is the only place we are going to use from now on!
I order at tire on Friday nov 8 - was suppose to be in sat nov9 - was told to bring rim in on Monday nov 11 - at 8 am - wrong tire was ordered -just got tire in at 515 - been waiting all day for call - when we get there - they tried to charge me for remove of tire - didn't even have a tire to dispose of - then was told tire and rim and out side - what an unprofessional company = never go then again
They put the incorrect tire size on my vehicle and when I discovered their mistake and took my car back in, they acknowledged their mistake but told me that I had to purchase all new tires! I paid them $1,000 for the wrong set, and months later $1,000 for the right set. Terrible customer service and the owner refused all calls.
They changed the wrong tire on my car? for real. never go back
Rude as hell I won’t touch your truck with a ten foot pole with those tires. Not we can’t align it with those tires would you be interested in a new set
