My experience with Hamad Tires ...Hamad Tires put the incorrect tires on my vehicle this past December (Dec 2018) and over inflated them...the outcome of that was 2 bald tires, one of which blew while driving my son home from Columbus last week...and possibly a bad bearing due to my car not driving optimally because of the incorrect tire size. my boyfriend took his car for an oil change on November 11th, when he left the shop car was making a knocking noise so we took it to our mechanic and they said Hamad Tire messed up his engine & it needed replaced. we contacted the Director of Operations, Linda, who was very unprofessional. Jim is gone and so is the integrity. Will never go back after thirty years of fair prices and good service. Its like a day care, all young smart mouthed kids.
When no one else could do an oil change and the rest were charging $50+, I walked in and they got me in right away. Super friendly, super helpful and a great price!! Will be back and recommend!! Thanks guys!!
Went got 2 tires waited for about 2 hours. Get in my car and start driving feel something shaking in my tire. I had 4 lug nuts fall off because they didnt tighten them back on. Never will go back Blevins has my buisness from now on.
Always has been fair and made sure that the repairs were done well and never tries to "upsell" me on anything. If anything they would "undersell" and give me what I need (such as reseating four flat tires in the wheels instead of trying to sell me 4 new tires). Had a flat left front tire on the morning of Cinco de Mayo and I also needed an oil change and they immediately took me, quickly and efficiently got me out of there with only a $49.99 bill including tax out the door.
