I was excited to learn about the restaurant in Knoxville. There was one in Cleveland several years ago and it was the best food around. That closed and since then every time I have had red velvet cake I have compared it to theirs. On the way to the mountains yesterday, I made a quick exit and bought two pieces of red velvet cake for me and my mom and two almond cookies. They are just like I remember. I have passed the information on to two friends that ate there often, and we're looking forward to a trip there very soon.
I would marry their lemon iced cookies if it were possible.
