The following things is what makes HALVERSON AND BLAISER GROUP, LTD bad. 1. Mrs silcox the community landlord and grand and dale apartments who loves to pick on folks for no reason or proof. 2. Maintenance nothing gets fixed and maintenance man walks right in without knocking. 3. The caretaker barely cleans So if they want better results get rid of community landlord and her son all will be better.
Just moved in Grand Magnolia owned by HBG end of July 2022. This place has roaches and rodents and incompetent management along with the services they use. This is now the third time I’m being asked to remove everything from my cabinets and drawers and basically repack my things and remove my pets from the apartment because services they use to manage the roaches and rodents are so incompetent, that within a week of it being treated, they have to come again. Do NOT do any business dealing with Halverson and Blaiser Group LLC! 7800 Metro Parkway Suite 300. Bloomington, MN 55425 HBG has NOT paid an invoice per our contract! Mr. James Halverson /HBG breached our contract that has/had been in place for months. An invoice for over $10,000 has NOT been paid to this date! HBG has also breached and neglected to give us a 30 day written notice. Or to any vendors that required such a notice. Worst company ever! Raised rents on everything by outrageous amounts! Kicked everyone out of storage CLOSETS, so they can charge rent for them too! And have made no effort to accommodate my disabilities, even though the rent increases will for me out of my garage, where my handicap equipment is kept!
Rent prices are ridiculous and only getting higher while in the mean time management does nothing to improve the overall quality of the buildings or units. I've been in the same unit for 4 years and literally nothing has been done to improve the quality of the apartment but somehow management feels each unit is valued at a ridiculously higher price each year. I'm giving 1 star because I cant submit 0 lol
This is a terrible, predatory rental management company. Constant editing of existing lease parameters. Price gouging, and basic immoral practices. Make this a last shot, desperation rental if at all
