The older nurse lady who’s named started with E completely blamed me missing my onsite appointment on me and was completely disrespectful when the Lady I called on the phone told me she told me we weren’t on site, some nurses are really nice but this one nurse gave me a horrible experience and was beyond rude and disrespectful on me blaming things on me that are her job to do, I go here still because I need the medication however sometimes you get really awful people, and when I say this lady was disrespectful that was an un... read more
Clinicians are great, however long wait times and coordinators have logged me out of the online service and not reset my place in the wait que leading to longer wait times.
4 times they didn’t send my prescription to my pharmacy and I had to withdraw (I take my dose at midnight) all the way until 9 or 10 am when they open to ask them to send it again and then hound them until they do while I wait at shoppers. I’m in so much pain right now. No one answers the phone either . How does the doctor and the clinician say “okay we’ll send it over to the pharmacy “ just for me to show up and not have my dose.
