Great experience with the staff , nurses and doctor. Minimal wait times , very professional and great bedside manner The doctor itself is such a warm person with great bedside manners . Puts you at ease Thank you
Avoid this place. They overbook, are unprofessional there are too many other issues- I lost count. But the issues that I can remember, are listed below. 1) The people here are very insensitive. No one explains anything. They just give you medicine without any explanation. When you try to get more information, they just rush you and hardly explain anything. Worst clinic ever. I wish I could give them a negative rating. Wasted a year of our time. The techs are good but the front office staff is irresponsible. Not answering phones. Not returning calls. Making wrong appointments, and either not sending prescription to the pharmacy or sending it to the wrong one altogether. We missed several chances due to their irresponsibility. Had an awful experience at this clinic. They’re bringing on too many patients meaning staff are overworked and as a result, lacking professionalism and care. The only nice members of staff were the ultrasound technicians. Processes aren’t explained beforehand and when you ask about them, you get looked at & treated like a piece of dirt. When I miscarried, I went in to find out reasons why / discuss with the doctor. The doctor came in the room and asked how many babies we were having because he hadn’t read my notes beforehand... read more
Dr. Ade-Conde has been an incredible support throughout both of my pregnancies—from helping me achieve conception to safely delivering my babies. He is very respectful, patient, and compassionate in caring for his patients. I always felt confident knowing I was in the hands of someone so knowledgeable and genuinely caring. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated and skilled fertility and obstetric doctor.
