I requested access to my medical records several months ago and they've been dragging their feet, I still don't have them. They're usually overbooked, communication is extremely messy and some of the reception staff aren't the friendliest people. I was a patient for almost a year until I decided to change clinics.

I’m truly grateful for the care and support I received from Halton Fertility & Women’s Health Centre. The staff are kind, professional, and very understanding. Dr. Ade-Conde is knowledgeable and compassionate, and she really makes patients feel heard and comfortable. The clinic has such a welcoming atmosphere, and the entire experience felt very personal and supportive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality fertility care.

Very disappointing first experience at Halton Fertility & Women's Health Centre. We waited about an hour and a half before being seen. The waiting room was overcrowded, and the chairs were placed directly in front of the reception desk, making it uncomfortable to speak privately with the receptionist since other patients were sitting so close by. I was referred to this clinic by my former family physician, and my experience here—with both the staff and Dr. Adetunji—ended up being financially, emotionally, and physically exhausting. From early on, I felt like the focus was more on money than on patient care.
