Would give zero stars if I could. THEY WILL PICK UP YOUR PHONE AND HANG UP IMMEDIATELY to make it seem like no voicemail is required. The doctor didn’t even read my file before my appointment and made me wait over 1.5 hours despite my appointment was at 8:30am. Other 1-star reviews are true and accurate. If you get referred here do not come. Worst clinic.
Received excellent care at Halton Clinic. Dr. Ade Conde and the entire team were incredibly professional, kind, and supportive throughout the process. Dr. Ade-Conde is highly knowledgeable and always took the time to answer all our questions, which gave us a strong sense of comfort and trust. The ultrasound technicians were also very compassionate and made each visit feel calm and reassuring.
Came here after a horrendous experience at Astra Fertility in Mississauga. Dr. Ade-Conde is absolutely wonderful. Empathetic, personable, knowledgeable and takes his time to ensure you are feeling comfortable with his approach/plan. He is honest about what you should consider vs. pushing you towards something more costly unnecessarily. We were lucky to find him. Avoid this place. They overbook, are unprofessional there are too many other issues- I lost count. But the issues that I can remember, are listed below. 1) The people here are very insensitive. No one explains anything. They just give you medicine without any explanation. When you try to get more information, they just rush you and hardly explain anything.
