I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and ran into a few issues after taking delivery — a mileage discrepancy from what was listed, a missing key, and non-OEM rims that weren't what I expected based on the listing. Worst company I’ve ever leased cars with - they still currently are holding $35,000 of my money I put down on a car with them where they cancelled the deal last second. Been 2 months horrible experience no communication going to have to get lawyers involved to get my money back

They sold me a vehicle claiming it to be road worthy. In less than a couple of months I believed the transmission to be acting funny. The dodge dealership stated that the transmission was nearly done, I contacted halton about it and they reluctantly said they would fix it. They took it for more than a month without me having any vehicle in that time to work with. My biggest complaint with this dealership is the communication and overall customer experience. From the beginning, I was given timelines and updates that repeatedly did not happen. Almost every step required multiple calls and text messages from my side, and I often felt like I was being ignored. I purchased a 2024 Toyota Sienna from this dealership and have had multiple concerns since. The vehicle was advertised at 43,473 km but was delivered to me at 45,500 km — over 2,000 km more than listed. There were significant scratches along the passenger side that I didn't catch at handover, as it was done late in the day and the vehicle appeared freshly washed.
