I've had 2 Uber drivers comment on how old & run down these Apts are, & almost had a heart attack after learning that RENT is $1400 for a small 2 bed/1 bath unit. With SQ footage being less than 200 square feet in size from 1 bedroom to their 2 bedrooms. The water has been shut off by Haltom city not 1 time but 3. Because the owners didn't pay the bill. Our water bill has TRIPLED since 2023- which is when the NEW SO CALLED OWNERS TOOK OVER. From $35 to last month it was $168!! For 2 people !
Stay Away from these apartments- 1st off they DONT have 24hour maintenance. You call their # after hours & nothing. 2nd off Their so called laundry room is one of the NASTIEST "Laundry Mats" I've seen. 1 washer works & 1 dryer works Use the other ones, they guna take your $. 3rd off their "Beautiful Landscape" that's a joke! There is more trash, cigarette butts, beer cans/bottles then there probably is in the trash dumpsters. Absolutely Horrible 9
I’ve gone almost an entire year without working A/C!! Since August 2025 they haven’t fixed it, I’ve done everything I can to ask for help nicely and just complain and they claim the window units are enough and they don’t have the money for anything else!! The summer months are coming and me and my kids are hot!! At 90 degrees outside my apartment is 77 and they don’t care, but they’re making rent so high every year!! Plus they don’t have emergency maintenance which is a requirement..don’t come here!!
