Been living here for a while now. It's been great till now. Went out of town for Christmas came back to my neighbor now having 3 new- roommates. So his 2 bedroom apt now has not 3, not 4 but 5 grown men living there. Our lease CLEARLY says 2 people per bedroom. Not only is that an issue but now there's no where to park. 2 cars per unit- he has 3 plus 1 on the weekend. There's 13 parking spots for the 12 units(that's if we have 1 car registered) so working night shift were having to park around the corner. I've called the apt... read more
The is no maintenance on site. The office is never open. The trash dumpsters are always full and overflowing. The parking lot is full of trash and broken glass. Some of the units have multiple people living in apartments meant for 2 people. None of our appliances are new. They do not exterminate but charge you for the service. Electrical in units has probably never been updated since the 90's. I have lived in your apartments for over 5 years and it feels like you are actively trying to run people off or be a alum lord
