I’ve gone almost an entire year without working A/C!! Since August 2025 they haven’t fixed it, I’ve done everything I can to ask for help nicely and just complain and they claim the window units are enough and they don’t have the money for anything else!! The summer months are coming and me and my kids are hot!! At 90 degrees outside my apartment is 77 and they don’t care, but they’re making rent so high every year!! Plus they don’t have emergency maintenance which is a requirement..don’t come here!!
Beautiful small property, well kept amazing management staff, great location.
Love the on-site staff, the property is well maintained and clean, the location is amazing less than 5 minutes from the freeways and its right across from the police station very peaceful and quiet place.

The management team is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. The apartments are spacious and offer a comfortable living environment. Overall, it’s an affordable and welcoming community that I would gladly recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home.
