I think these photos say enough.
Just don’t. They have flood after flood. Recently there was a flood due to issues with the roofing. Six or more apartments with flooding so bad the tenants lost everything and instead of taking ownership as the large corporation they are they are forcing tenants to file the insurance claims under their insurance. I’ve called too many times to count as I was visiting and fell while holding my infant daughter and couldn’t break my fall. Elevators are not functioning 90% of the time. You would expect them to have renovated countertops but what is the point of having an elevator? It makes it inconvenient for me and other neighbors who have physical limitations to walk up all those stairs to the top floor. And they keep adding fees every year that were included in rent before. I'm glad I am moving out soon.
Lived here for since 2013. It's a quiet and clean place for the most part. Had some pest issues but it has been dealt with efficiently. Maintenance still is fast even with the management changes.

enjoyN the upgrades pool looks great,new outdoor furniture was a good touch.
Office Personnel admitted that messages to the office and maintenance were NOT Monitored during hours when office is NOT Open!!
