Very poor service. Food took forever to get to my table. Food was cold and it had no taste at all. Never again going to that place.
I'm not a complainer and I've been to many places around the world and I have to say the worst customer service experience I've ever had was at Hal's. The security team at Hal's were extremely rude. The guys at the door remind me of kids who were bullied in high school and now as adults they want to bully everyone they can because is their only chance to feel powerful. I get it... Had a steak and shrimp. Both were awesome. The veggies - squash and carrots- were cooked perfectly I will be back
Our waiter took forever to get our drinks and then completely forgot about us, so I constantly had to get up to ask her for something. Really bad service.
Great place for you and your freinds to enjoy good music food and reasonably priced drinks enjoy.
