HUGE shout-out & thanks to Ricky (service writer) and James & Ryan (techs)!!! These guys were life (& bike) savers tonight! On our way there tonight for the rally, our head bolt stripped out, came loose & we blew the head gasket. Not only did they get our bike into the shop immediately, they stayed late to complete the work on our bike! Absolutely FANTASTIC & friendly service from start to finish! I will ABSOLUTELY recommend them (& Hal's) for years to come after tonight! You guys rock!!

Last year I started thinking about trading in my Street Glide for a Slim. Stopped at another local dealer and got jerked around. Stopped and talked to Tom in the sale Dept. They offered me more then double what the other dealer offered me for my trade. It sold the day after I traded it in. Then during winter storage I had a lot of mods done. We spent over $3,500 having our bike "fixed" at Hal's and the day after we picked it up it was leaking oil so we took it back. After "fixing" it again, the bike began leaking oil after a couple days and we took it back again. Now, a couple months later we rode to Sturgis from Waukesha and the bike began leaking oil again and finally completely broke down in Pierre South Dakota. We wound up buying a brand new bike at the Harley dealership in Pierre and were completely happy with their emergency accommodation of the situation ... read more

I love to visit new Harley dealerships and collect the poker chips. My husband is the only rider in the family, but I love to look at all the bikes and merchandise.

After almost 4 years of shopping there and having my bike serviced I will not go back my ailing father who has a bone marrow disease needed brakes and a front tire it wasn't the time that it was going to take for the service commitment it was the service counter person who made my dad and I feel like we were bothering him like we were an inconvenience to him after I spoke with someone else to let them know I was canceling my appointment to have this work done I had spoken with someone else who had said that they wanted the m... read more

We stopped at the store on a Sunday afternoon. And when we went to leave our trike wouldn't accelerate. Luckily Mike was working on his own bike. He punched in, took a look at our bike and had to get s part. Since we were 2.5 hours from home, and not sure how we would get home. Mike was nice enough to drive us all the way.
