Service department is awesome. Rode to Harley Davidson museum in Milwaukee. Bike had electrical are fuel injector problems. Ended up being EMU they didn't have part so they take off of a brand new bike to fix my bike. These people step up makes me proud to own H-D thanks I from Louisville Ky these people at Hal's Harley Davidson are awesome

A couple of weeks ago I dropped of my Ultra Limited to have a temp & engine light checked. I called the day before on 6/15 and told the service writer that I would drop off my bike early morning(4:30) and told him they could have it all day and I would pick it up at the end of the day. When I got to Hal's service at the end of the day nothing was done, my bike was sitting in the same spot that I parked it that morning, no diagnoses of the problem had been done, after an hr.
