I dont know how the salon is...been trying to call and talk to a human being, but all I get is the answering machine. Sorry, but a business like this should have a receptionist at all times to bring in new clients. I gave it an Awful because the customer service needs to be better, i.e. answwering the phones.
Had to wait for my hair appt 35 minutes, was charged for services I did not request, I realize it was a hair salon but there was hair everywhere, I was discusted to put my purse down. The stylist was very nice but charged me for services I did not request with out asking. I was happy with my hair when I left but this am when I pulled it back there is a jagged dark line around my hair line where she didnt get the highlight close enough and it is kind of obvious, the sun should bleach it out hopefully. I had an appt. with Laura the other day. She saw that not only did I need my color done but my hair needed a conditioning treatment. I have long hair , and will do what it takes to keep it healthy. Laura was great! My hair looks and feels terrific! The price was very reasonable, \$150 for foil+trim+ conditioning! Thanks Laura!
Halo Salon is fantastic! Laura trimmed my hair exactly like the picture I brought in, plus gorgeous highlights. The salon has great atmosphere too:).
New to area and very particular about hair. Gave Laura a chance and WOW! The salon was in immacculate condition, the cut was exactly what I asked for, the service was out of this world, and the prices are certainly within my budget and more than competitive with others in area. And now I can get everything in one place with their addition of the day spa.
