I truly appreciate my time being considered to be important. Nearly everyone in the medical community overbooks patients, knowing full well that the waiting time will increase as the day goes on. I have never had to wait one second past my appointment time. As a matter of fact, I usually am taken back for my cleaning BEFORE my appt. time.
