As has been the case every single time I have been to HFD, I was seen at or before my appointment time. This is not the case with most health care providers. They greedily overbook patients and force them to exercise great patience. That may sound witty, but I am not laughing. My time is valuable and I don't like to thumb through old magazines in anyone's office.
