Always honest! I love these guys. They have always shot straight with me and have done everything the right way.
Halls Service Center is the BEST customer service and has the most HONEST mechanics around, in my opinion. They are very professional and the owner is very down to earth and willing to get involved with day-to-day business. 1. I had an issue with my driver side window and I had them look at it, they were able to determine that the issue was that it needed more lubricant. They lubed it up and did not charge me anything. 2. I brought in a brand new Kumo Sense tire for a flat repair. Halls installed a Dunlap with 5/32 less wear on the rim and mounted it on the car. This is very detrimental to an all wheel drive vehicle. When I discovered the issue I called Halls and spoke with Ron who spoke rudely and would do nothing for me. Shame on Halls for taking advantage of a single woman.
David, Ron, Andy and the guys at Halls Service Center are not only professional. Top notch service. I trust them completely with service to my vehicles. They have been very good to me. Keep it up guys.
