Staff is friendly and goes out of their way to be helpful. They also really show appreciation for repeat customers. Realistically, it is never fun having to take your car to the shop but they really try to make it as painless as they can. I may not always like what they have to tell me but I trust them to give it to me straight and not try to pull a fast one. They are the only shop in the area that I trust and don't see myself going anywhere else.
Don’t let them work on your cars, I have had 2 now (one I own and then other a friend) leak oil in my driveway because they do not focus on quality anymore. The time my truck leaked oil they did correct the issue but that was after I had driven 1600 mile without knowing. Techs are not paying attention to small things like screwing the oil filter housing on completely in my case or the second car I believe they did the same thing but with a trans cooler line. Bad experience f150 4wd. Had the actuator replaced and they didn't put the nut on the bolt that holds the control arm on almost caused a accident...
