W & D Halls Service Center is OK Did a very nice job getting us back on the road after vacation. Service was helpful and very timely understanding that we needed to be rolling quickly.
Over filled oil on a oil change I did not authorize. Then tried to make it look like it was normal by starting car then checking as soon as car was off. Changes thermostat that was already New. These people are crooks. Never will I take my car back.
Halls Service Center has lost my business. Halls Service Center has lost my business. I went to Halls Service Center and asked them to check only the code from the car's computer, a job that takes literally less than ten seconds. Places like Firestone do it for free. But when I came to pick up my car, they wanted to charge me ninety dollars because they had done a full diagnostic scan on the engine including a test drive. Always a bad experience! Years ago my grandfather took his Mercedes-Benz in needing a new radiator. Once home we found that fluid was leaking into the floor of our garage. We took the car back to them where they said he needed a water pump for about $1000.00. We declined and found out that the coolant that was leaking from the automobile was from a pinhole puncture in the radiator overfill tank.
