Management at Westport Park is very rude disrespectful and very unprofessional. You aren't allowed to make a mistake as a tenant or and employee because then your just done and your out on your ****. ***** will tell on you if you do or say something she doesn't like. ******* will just lose her cool on you when you try to defend yourself when being accused of doing something that wasn't that big of a deal. Terrible Management. From the top to the local managers Hallmark Management displays unprofessionalism to the extreme. They definitely have favorite tenants and if you don't fall into that category the local manager at the property will actually make up violations to get you out of your home. The homes and apartments are lovely no doubt about that but at a cost besides just paying your rent. This company loves a double standard. The staff breaks their end of the lease consistently, but residents receive infractions for minor events. The maintenance staff, specifically Eric, love to enter homes unannounced, without notice. This occurs despite the fact that the lease very clearly states they must leave reasonable notice in order to enter for any reason, besides emergencies. They will wait until your not home to come in, regardless of their lease obligations. This has happened several times. They always find a way ... read more
