No customer service, no smiles. When dropping of escrow deposit, whoever came at the door barely cracked the door open. Didn't welcome customer so called due to covid 19 yet no one in the office wearing masks including the person at the door suppose to great us. When addressed the issue, no one wanted to apologize including the mgr. Very rude people. It was the seller choice this escrow office otherwise, they dont deserve one dollar of my hard earning money.
